Development Corporation & Queens Chamber of Commerce to announce the launch
of New York
City’s first smart grid project, to be implemented in northwest
Queens. The project will test how
various technologies, including the installation of smart meters, support
efforts to modernize the electric grid while providing customers with more
information about their energy usage.
